The 60-minute energetic group sessions at Orangetheory consist of multiple intervals of treadmill training, indoor rowing, TRX suspension training, weight training blocks, and floor exercises. Gym sessions are backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) and have been designed to keep your heart rate within a targeted zone to stimulate your metabolism and increase your energy. That results in additional energy and calorie burn for 24 to 36 hours following your workout session – also known as the "Orange Effect"!
